I have arranged multiple Medford airport shuttles for my freshman who lives in Ashland on SOU campus and does not have a car. Tropical express has made it easy for me to pay for the trip, so my student does not have to. They are very communicative, on time and have clean vehicles and courteous drivers. They give me peace of mind!

I was in a pickle with no ride and no way to pay  for my rental car. I was picked up quickly with no fuss and taken to the bank and back where I needed to go . The driver was very kind, professional and the drive was calm and enjoyable. I would absolutely call Tropical Express  Taxi next time I need a ride. He will even drive long distances which is awesome to know .

Tropical Express and Sam are my favorite taxi service ever.  The vehicle was spotless, and the best part is Sam’s care in communicating the booking, where to meet outside the airport, even sending pictures of the car.  A very pleasant gentleman, I’m now a customer for as long as I travel!
